Here is the link to a downloadable list of all the EPL Transfer so far
The 2015 Barclays Premier League summer transfer window is in full swing. With the September 1st deadline slowly moving closer, here are some of the best signings so far...Gerard Deulofeu - Winger - 21 years old
Transfer: FC Barcelona -> Everton
Transfer Fee: 4.2 Million Euros
Deulofeu has blinding pace. His return to Merseyside will be much welcomed after being loaned to the club in 2013-14. During his first stay he appeared 25 times, tallying 3 goals. Sidelined due to injury the flashes of brilliance he displayed when healthy was enough for boss Roberto Martinez to complete this permit transfer without hesitation.In my opinion this may end up being the steal of the transfer window. If he can stay healthy, the combination of his and Kevin Mirallas speed could easily translate into explosive seasons for the pair. The luxury of having target forward Romelu Lukaku and the shifty Steven Naismith operating in the center of the park will allow Deulofeu to isolate opposing fullbacks, a matchup most defenders will not enjoy. Keep an eye out for the speedy Spaniard when play kicks off this September.
Petr Cech - Goalkeeper - 33 years old
Transfer: Chelsea -> Arsenal
Transfer Fee: 14 Million Euros
Cech has been one of the best goalkeepers in the world over the past fifteen years for Chelsea. However, the arrival and stellar season for new #1 Thibaut Courtois had made him expendable. This brilliant piece of business may finally be enough for Arsenal to truly challenge for the illusive BPL crown.Spending his time at reigning league titleholders Chelsea since 2002, the Czech Republic international made a total of 333 appearances. During this time his accolades included being named the 2011 Chelsea Player of the Year and winning the Premier League Golden Gloves award three times (2004-05, 2009-10, 2013-14).
In a 2014-15 season that saw him make only 7 appearances he once again proved that he does not deserve to sit another season on the bench. His superior shot stopping ability from long and short range showed as he lead the BPL with a 303 minutes per goals conceded average. In total he recorded saves on 16 of 18 shots faced, allowing only 2 goals in 606 total minutes.

Matej Vydra - Forward - 23 years old
Transfer: Udinese -> Watford
Transfer Fee: Undisclosed
Staying on the topic of Czech Republic football, rising talent Matej Vydra has penned a five-year deal to join newly promoted Watford Football Club. This move comes after two impressive loan spells with with the club, with his second helping lead them back to the BPL.
His first stay at Vicarage Road could arguably been enough for this move to go through following the 2012-13 season. The loanee generated quite a performance, leading Watford with 20 league goals and capturing the 2012-13 Championship Player of the Season award. After spending 2013-14 on loan at West Brom Albion he returned to Vicarage Road, yet again proving why the club made his stay permanent.
Last season Vydra scored the first of 16 league goals in an opening day 3-0 victory over Bolton Wanderers. He continued to be the main cog in Watford's attack over the course of the season, featuring mostly as a substitute. Moving forward he could be given a larger role as he impressed in his only three starting appearances during the 2015 calendar year by scoring a total of 4 goals.
Watford Football Club may find time it hard to stay afloat this upcoming season, but I pin Vydra to be closely linked to the club's success if they prove the oddsmakers wrong.

Aston Villa
Last Season: 17th
Villa has been in the headlines due to the sale of the sides 2014-15 leading scorer. Selling Christian Benteke to Liverpool for the neat sum of around 32.5 million Euros and also essential midfielder Fabian Delph to Manchester City, boss Tim Sherwood is now prime position to continue his run of signings.
Addressing signings on an individual basis, Villa has brought in players with high ceilings. Building a team that can contend in the BPL is one of the toughest tasks in all of football. Bouncing back from a near regulation, these transfers so far look to be putting them back on the right track.
The Claret and Blue Army has captured two players who found themselves in search of first team play after disappointing stays with Manchester City. Midfielder Scott Sinclair and defender Micah Richards both give Villa depth at their respective positions. Sinclair provides Sherwood with another speedy and multi dimensional winger, which is something you can never have enough of. Richards on the other hand looks to play double digit matches in the BPL for the first time since 2011-12.
Looking for help from the French Ligue 1, Villa has secured a trio of footballers. Jordan Amavi impressed last season as the French U-21 international could be slotted into a starting role if he can beat out injury prone Joe Bennett. Taking aim at bolstering the center of the pitch, Sherwood's club won the Idrissa Gueye sweepstakes. The Senegal international man has featured 18 times for country and made 134 during his time in France. At only the age of 25, Gueye can be deployed in a plethora of formations. The signing was fueled in the search for finding the next "Fabian Delph".
Replacing Benteke will be no easy fill. The signing of Lorient's Jordan Ayew is the first of what could be multiple transfer to replace the Belgium international. Ayew brings a much different skill set than that of the departed as he relies on his speed and mobility to generate scoring chances. Last season he scored 13 goals in addition to contributing six assists in Ligue 1. Overall this is a safe move as his potential is high, with his style of play fitting nicely into his coaches methodology of pacy football.
