Robin Van Persie - * UPDATE *

- As yesterday I posted, RVP has been linked with making summer transfer headlines.  The race seems to be heating up with Robin announcing his desire for a "10 million dollar a year" wage price.  According to reports, Manchester United seem to be leading the charge as Alex Ferguson has been backed by the United board to spend this summer.  This along with reports from a source has also favored United as RVP has stated he woud prefer to join Manchester United over Manchester City or Juventus.  Coupled with Van Persie being ordered to miss out on the Arsenal pre season tour of America, all signs point to an exit.

Hugo Lloris

 Linked To - Tottenham

Prediction - Tottenham have always been fond of the French shot stopper.  It is speculated that Lyon are holding out for a bid around the 18 million dollar mark after Spur's bid around 13 million was rejected.  With a chance to put more pressure on the top of the EPL table this addition would be a fantastic piece of the puzzle.  I believe Spur's will obtain the talents of the French captain with a transfer fee of around 16 million.  If they are willing to spend, they will be rewarded.

P.S. - Could also be a large hint at the moving of Luca Modric to Real Madrid, first spending of the new cash?

Christian Eriksen

Linked To - Zenit St. Petersburg, Manchester United

Prediction - Manchester United have been making the football world shake as they are heavily linked to another promising young star.  Ajax and Denmark standout, Christian Eriksen, is on the verge of becoming a world class player.  A long time target of Alex Ferguson, he has publicly expressed his passion to join the Red Devils.  After talks began with Zenit, of the Russian Super League, Eriksen has come out and formally asked Ajax who the second club bidding on him is.  His hopes of joining United  could true as they would have to act fast to beat out Zenit.  Not only has Eriksen displayed his desire to join the Old Trafford side but is asking them to come sign him.  I believe he will end wearing a United kit next season as long as they act fast.  Either way he will be moving this summer, Russia or England? Harsh winters or harsher fans, both have ups and downs.

Here is the link to a downloadable list of all the EPL Transfer so far The 2015 Barclays Premier League summer transfer window is in full swing. With the September 1st deadline slowly moving closer, here are some of the best signings so far... Gerard Deulofeu - Winger - 21 years old     Transfer:   FC Barcelona   ->  Everton  Transfer Fee : 4.2 Million Euros  Deulofeu has blinding pace.  His return to Merseyside will be much welcomed after being loaned to the club in 2013-14.  During his first stay he appeared 25 times, tallying 3 goals.  Sidelined due to injury the flashes of brilliance he displayed when healthy was enough for boss Roberto Martinez to complete this permit transfer without hesitation. In my opinion this may end up being the steal of the transfer window.  If he can stay healthy, the combination of his and Kevin Mirallas speed could easily translate into explosive seasons for the pair.  The luxury...

Onward To Villa Park - Manchester United vs. Aston Villa Preview

Tottenham…In Short Manchester United topped Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford, kicking off the season with a 1-0 victory.   The lone goal came courtesy of Tottenham as Kyle Walker was "credited" with the bizarre own goal.   United got the result, regardless of how, which is the most important take away. New arrivals Matteo Darmain, Memphis Depay, Morgan Schneiderlin, Bastion Schweinsteiger and Sergio Romero all saw action as the high profile signs looked like solid additions. Romero stole the show, making crucial stops in the later stages of the match.   Schneiderlin played well aside Michael Carrick, with the pair combining for a pass completion average of 91.55%.   Memphis and Darmain also had strong performances for United, completing 86.2% and 86.1% respectively in their first starts for United.   In a match that did not see Marouane Fellaini (suspended), Marcos Rojo (rest?) David de Gea and Victor Valdes not suite up…signs moving forward s...
