RVP looks set to sign with Manchester United. After losing the race to sign Lucas Moura, all eyes are fixed on signing the Arsenal front man. After more comments from Roberto Mancini as well as Wayne Rooney , the Dutchman is poised to make the move this weekend or early next week. My sources also have informed me that Lucas Moura had agreed to a transfer fee only to be hijacked by big spending PSG.
